Saturday 30 May 10.30 - 4.30 approx. Glenarn Gardens via the Coffin Road Helensburgh to Glenarn Gardens via the Upland Way and Highlandman’s Road (A historic Coffin Road). Lovely views over Gareloch and Firth of Clyde and stunning rhododendrons and magnolias at Glenarn. 10km. Total ascent 200 m. Glenarn entry fee £3.
Sunday 31 May 10.30 - 4.30 approx. Take the High Road to the Hill House by Beautiful Glenarn Gardens (entry £3.00) then up into the hills behind Helensburgh for stunning views over the Clyde and Loch Lomond before descending for a well earned cuppa and tour of C R MacIntosh’s famous “The Hill House”. 10km. Total ascent 354m. Optional entry to The Hill House at a special concession rate of £5.50.
